Chandigarh Punjab news – Prime Minister Narendra Modi strongly stated that under the leadership of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, the NDA will break all previous election records in the Bihar Assembly elections. During this, he also took a dig at the opposition “Mahagathbandhan” (Grand Alliance), which he described as being led by people “out on bail.”
Addressing his first rally in the election-bound state, the Prime Minister, as per Chandigarh Punjab news reports, asked the crowd to switch on the lights of their mobile phones. Taking a jibe at the RJD, he said that when everyone has such modern devices, there is no need for lanterns. Praising Nitish Kumar, Modi alleged, “He came to power in 2005, but almost a decade of his tenure was blocked by the UPA government at the center, led by Congress, which the RJD continuously blackmailed, saying that if the NDA government in Bihar was supported, they would withdraw their support.”
