According to Sports Today News in Punjabi, about one and a half years ago, 120 kg of weight felt like a “burden on the mind” for Ansh Juneja from Rodanwale village in Lambi, but today that same body has become a source of pride for him and the nation. The very physique he once worried about now symbolizes strength and honor.

With just one and a half years of hard work, Ansh proved that determination can turn weakness into power by winning two gold medals in Thailand.

Ansh represented India in the Powerlifting World Championship 2025, organized by the United World Sports and Fitness Federation (UWSFF), in the Under-23 category for 120 kg weight class, held in Pattaya, Thailand. Competing against strong lifters from 17 countries, he lifted 190 kg in the deadlift and 120 kg in the bench press, securing gold medals in both events.

His achievement demonstrates that hard work in the right direction always pays off, making him an inspiration for aspiring athletes across India, as reported by Sports Today News in Punjabi.
