Punjab CM Mann Leads Business Roadshow in Japan

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann continued his Japan tour with a major business roadshow in Osaka, marking an important development in CM Punjab News Today. Representatives from several leading Japanese companies attended the session, showing deep interest in exploring investment opportunities in Punjab.

During the fourth day of his Japan visit, the Chief Minister held key meetings in Osaka. He interacted with officials from the Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI), discussing new avenues for industrial cooperation and mutual growth.

CM Mann also met representatives of Tokushima Auction Market and Global Venture Company Ltd. The discussions focused on modernizing the agriculture market and strengthening supply-chain partnerships. He highlighted that collaborations with major Japanese companies will significantly boost India–Japan economic relations.

At the business roadshow, CM Mann presented Punjab’s progressive industrial policies, integrated single-window system, and the state’s growing appeal among global investors. He emphasized that Punjab offers ready-to-invest opportunities supported by a strong industrial ecosystem.

The Chief Minister invited Japanese investors to participate in the Progressive Punjab Investors Summit 2026, scheduled from March 13 to 15 at the Indian School of Business, Mohali. He added that several prominent Japanese companies have already shown interest in investing in the state. He also shared that Punjab has attracted more than ₹1.4 lakh crore in ground investments—a key highlight in CM Punjab News Today.
