Calgary: Apna Punjab Media: The number of Punjabi fans abroad is increasing day by day, they are also becoming popular in America, Canada and Britain etc. Similarly, a youth from Punjab, Ekam Singh Mann, has joined the Calgary Air Cadet Leadership Training Program and he is going to the US to participate in this training program. 16-year-old Ekam Singh Mann came to Canada to work hard for four years to fulfill his dream of becoming an airline pilot and now he is seeing his dream come true.
The leadership training program will be conducted at Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, Alabama, USA. Captain Paul Schlesinger of 52 City of Calgary Squadron said being selected for the leadership training program is a great accomplishment in itself. Ekam Singh Mann is a dedicated cadet and has knowledge beyond his years. He started preparation from the age of 12. Ekam Singh Mann said that he has flown many times till now but the experience will be different in America. During the training program you will be sent into the sky with an experienced pilot and then all the controls will be handed over to you. Nothing can be more important than this in your life.
