Brampton: Apna Punjab Media: The unfortunate news of death of a student from village Sukha Chira of Shri Hargobindpur Assembly constituency in a road accident in Brampton city of Canada has come to light. Giving information in this regard, uncle of the deceased girl, Granthi Narinder Singh said that my niece Lakhwinder Kaur Komal, 21, daughter of Balwinder Singh, resident of village Sukha Chhidda, had gone to Canada to study about 10 months ago. He told that due to holidays he was going to work with his 5 friends. The car in which they were traveling went out of control and hit the trees, due to which my niece Lakhwinder Kaur Komal and three other girls died on the spot and the condition of the car driver and another boy is critical due to this unfortunate incident. As soon as the information was received, a wave of mourning spread in the village. On this occasion, social worker Baldev Singh Balla Sukha Chhidda said that this is a hardworking family. The father of the deceased girl is a daily wage labourer. To secure his daughter’s future by working hard and taking some loans, he sent her to study in Canada about 10 months ago. Only two semesters passed before it was used.
