Chandigarh: Apna Punjab Media: Punjab Assembly Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan today termed the Union Budget as a big disappointment for all sections of the society and said that Punjab and agriculture, which is said to be the backbone of the country, were completely ignored. He said that the budget presented by Nirmala Sitharaman is a mere formality. The senior leader raised the question that why did the central government, which gives financial packages to other states, ignore the needs and expectations of Punjab in this way?
