Jakhar lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the foresight, pragmatism and wisdom of the record seventh Union Budget presented by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in the Lok Sabha today. He said that employment of youth and creation of infrastructure is one of the major areas.
