According to the information, Indian student Janvi Kandula (23) was hit by a police car while crossing the road. Their car driver, a police officer named Kevin Dave, was speeding to investigate a case. After the collision, Jhanvi fell 100 feet away.
A Seattle Police Department investigation found that the police officer made insensitive comments and laughed for four seconds after the collision. He said that this attitude of the officer has brought shame to the entire police department and profession.
