Islamabad: Apna Punjab Media: Pakistan’s ruling party PML-N is stuck in dilemma as its leaders raised the issue of banning the party of jailed former Prime Minister Imran Khan, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. But mixed views have been given and this move has been criticized by friends and enemies of the party Senior leaders of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) are either trying to justify the decision or postponing it by saying that the final decision to ban PTI has not been taken yet. There is a clear divide in the party on this issue because a senior leader has opposed this decision. The Pakistan government on Monday decided to ban PTI on charges of illegally receiving foreign funds, involvement in riots and anti-national activities. The government has also threatened to file treason charges against Imran Khan and former President Arif. The case has already been referred to the Supreme Court to prosecute PTI leaders for treason under Section 6.
