The ribbon was cut by Minister Ravi Kahlon in the presence of dignitaries. Minister Rachna Singh, Georges Harvey, renowned radio host Kuldeep Singh, Mota Singh, poet Ajmer Rode, Surjeet Kalsi and Kamal Sharma were present on the occasion.
