Indian women wrestler Vinesh Phogat will be felicitated by Chief Minister Naib Saini

Chandigarh: Apna Punjab Media: After international wrestler Vinesh Phogat bid goodbye to her international wrestling career, the Haryana government today said it will honor the woman wrestler as a medal winner. In a post on Twitter, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini said, “Our brave daughter Vinesh Phogat from Haryana performed brilliantly and reached the finals of the Olympics. She may not have been able to participate in the final due to some reason, but she is a champion for all of us. Our government has decided that Vinesh Phogat will be welcomed and honored like a medalist. Whatever honours, awards and facilities the Haryana Government gives to the Olympic silver medalist will be given to Vinesh Phogat with gratitude.
