Washington: Own Punjab Media: Pentagon has said that India is a strategic partner of America. Asked about US-India military ties following Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s recent meetings with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Pentagon Press Secretary Pat Ryder said, “India is a strategic partner of the United States and we “We will continue to strengthen that partnership.” In response to a question about the Ukraine-Russia war, Ryder said that in this matter Ukraine will have to decide when they are ready to negotiate for peace.
