An initiative to encourage children to study and connect them with Gurbani
Guhla Chika: Apna Punjab Media: Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee is organizing programs to connect children with Gurbani. Accordingly, education in schools has been made free for Amritdhari Sikh children and special scholarships are being given to children in colleges. Brother Jagmeet Singh Brar, assistant to Jathedar Daduwal, said that Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee Dharma Prachar distributed scholarship to 16 Amritdhari Sikh girls at Mata Sundari Khalsa Girls College Nising Karnal under the Mata Gujri Educational Welfare Scheme under Dharma Prachar Series. College Principal Satwant Kaur Mann and Religious Lecturer Dr. Sandeep Singh along with the staff organized the program.
Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee Chairman Jathedar Bhupinder Singh Asandh, Chairman Dharma Prachar Jathedar Baljit Singh Daduwal, General Secretary Sukhwinder Singh Mandebar, Deputy Secretary Gulab Singh Moonak, Advisor Gurwinder Singh Dhamija specially reached Karnal. During this period, Sarbjit Singh, Jammu Secretary, Religion Promotion served as the stage secretary. On this occasion, 16 Amritdhari girls received scholarships.
