New Delhi: Apna Punjab Media: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) today opposed the bail plea of AAP leader Manish Sisodia in the Supreme Court, claiming that there is evidence that Sisodia is fully involved in the Delhi Excise Policy scam. Manish Sisodia has been in jail for 17 months and the case against him has not started. Additional Solicitor General SV Raju, appearing for the ED, told the bench of Justices BR Gavai and KV Vishwanathan that it was not a fake case as there was enough evidence of Sisodia’s direct involvement in the case. Senior lawyer Abhishek Singhvi said that there are a total of 493 witnesses and 69 thousand pages of documents in the cases registered by ED and CBI.
