Calgary: Apna Punjab Media: Canada – More than 55,000 Canadian Sikhs cast their votes in the Calgary Khalistan Referendum at the Municipal Plaza Voting Center – dedicated to the nine pro-Khalistan Canadian Sikhs who were killed by the Indian Army in an armed conflict. The first vote was cast by the family of martyr Dilawar Singh Babbar Jai, who assassinated the then Chief Minister of Punjab Beant Singh in August 1995.
Hardeep Singh Nizhar’s family made a special trip from Surrey, British Columbia to show support. Calgary Referendum Gurpatwant Singh Pannu – New York lawyer and founder of Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) addressed the charged crowd and vowed to bombard the Red Fort to Ranchi with the Khalistan Referendum campaign on August 15, Independence Day. Gurpatwant Singh Pannu said that SFJ has armed every Sikh household with a powerful bomb through a global referendum campaign that will explode only during the voting of the Khalistan referendum to free Punjab from Indian occupation.
The choice is yours, either kill your enemy or kill the Indian system, Pannu told a roaring crowd of thousands to vote in the Khalistan referendum. He said: ()SFJ’s weapon of choice is vote while India’s Modi is using violence to stop the Khalistan referendum. At present the pro-Khalistan Sikhs are not going to kill anyone in retaliation, but (the) SFJ is going to kill the Indian system which is responsible for the massacre of the Sikhs and the economy of Punjab. In 1929, it was Shaheed Bhagat Singh who bombed the Indian Legislative Assembly to free India from British rule.
