Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez did not appear before ED in money laundering case

New Delhi: Apna Punjab Media: Actress Jacqueline Fernandez did not appear before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for further questioning in a money laundering case. The 38-year-old Bollywood actress of Sri Lankan origin has been questioned several times in this case, which is related to alleged fraud of rich people. These include Aditi Singh, wife of former Fortis Healthcare promoter Shivander Mohan Singh, who was defrauded to the tune of Rs 200 crore. The ED alleges that Chandrashekhar used money earned from criminal activities or illegal money to buy gifts for Jacqueline. According to official sources, the agency had received some new information related to the case, for which the actress was called to answer. The actress did not appear before the agency, with her legal team telling ED officials that she could not appear due to health concerns. ED may soon issue him a fresh summons.
