Washington: Apna Punjab Media: After Donald Trump’s victory in the US Presidential elections, Indian-origin MP of Democratic Party Raja Krishnamurthy has said that India-US relations have the support of both the parties. And these relations will become stronger under the Republican Party government. Born in a Tamil-speaking family in New Delhi, Krishnamurthy has been elected as a Member of Parliament from Illinois. His outlook on India-US relations during Trump’s presidency is optimistic.
Trump won the presidential election in a tough race against Democratic Party candidate Kamala Harris. Trump will be the 47th President of America. Krishnamurthy said in a special interview that the number of people of Indian origin in America is more than 50 lakhs who work as a bridge between the two countries. “I think these relationships will deepen,” he said.
