Sydney: Apna Panjan Media: Australia has instructed its citizens living in Lebanon to return. Foreign Minister Penny Wong said that Australia could stop its flights to Lebanon at any time and in such a situation Australian citizens living there may face difficulties in returning home. Wong said, “Due to increasing tensions in the Middle East, the possibility of war has arisen.” The security situation can deteriorate rapidly. Australians thinking about traveling to Lebanon should avoid going there. It is noteworthy that the fear of war has increased after the death of Ismail Haniyeh, a prominent political leader of Hamas in Iran and a top commander of Hezbollah in Lebanon.
