Ottawa: On Punjab Media: Many youth from Punjab go abroad in search of a better future for their families. They first go there to study and after studies they also get employment, but sometimes something happens to the youth in a foreign country, which no one has even imagined. One such unfortunate news has come out from Canada, where Kanwarpal Singh, a youth from village Kanagarh of Samana, went to Canada on study visa on 25 August 2022. He completed his studies there and obtained his degree. He was working on a work permit for four months. Two days ago, when Kanwarpal Singh was going to work in his car, a trolley coming from the front hit him, in which he was seriously injured and was admitted to the hospital, but he died last evening. There is an atmosphere of mourning in the family after receiving the news of the death of their young son. Father Gurjit Singh and mother Jasveer Kaur had sent their son to Canada with Chavan, but they did not know that their child would not return from Canada. Father Gurjit Singh told that he himself works as a driver in PRTC. He has a little land, but the mountain of sorrow that has fallen on him due to this unfortunate news is not stopping the tears from his eyes. Mother is also in bad condition due to crying. The family has appealed to the government to bring the body of the young son to India as soon as possible.
