Under this charge, 25-year-old Janardan Shivaranjan of Indian origin has been arrested. According to the police, the man was roaming in the water park and catching little girls. At least twelve people testified that they had seen him molest him, some of whom were girls as young as 16. It is noteworthy that this incident happened on Magic Mountain. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police said he held an Indian passport. According to the information given by the police, complaints of molestation and ill-treatment have been received from at least 12 girls, including girls below 16 years of age.
