SACRAMENTO, Calif. (Hussain Ladoa Banga) – Eight men who pleaded guilty in a string of robberies involving more than $17 million in Southern California have been sentenced to prison terms ranging from one year to more than 10 years. According to California Attorney General Rob Bonta, the suspected criminals targeted retail stores including Yes Saint Laurent (YSL), Nordstrom and Louis Vuitton between May 2023 and August 2023. Bonta said that such crimes are harming our business and are a serious threat to the society. He said that we will rest only by ending such criminal activities. Among the culprits who have been sentenced, Jordan Harris has been given a maximum prison sentence of 10 years and 4 months. Kip Henry 7 years 4 months, Devon Perry 5 years 4 months, Ziona Famaso 4 years 4 months, Alana Hart 4 years, Travell Humblet 4 years, Jason Smith 3 years and the youngest, Brianna Jimenez, was sentenced to 1 year in prison. A ninth suspect, Ivan Ramirez, who was involved in a major robbery, will be sentenced next year.
