Trying his luck for the first time to become MLA on the ticket of Dr. Jodi Toor (Leighley Willowbrook) is the Conservative Party of BC candidate for the Legislative Assembly constituency and Dupinder Kaur Saran is running as an independent candidate for Surrey Panerama. Only on October 19 will it be known which Punjabi candidate has advanced.
